CG Worship Manifesto & Covenant

Here at CG we believe that culture is caught more than it is taught, meaning, we can not teach you our culture, you have to experience it. However, a lack of vision breeds confusion so we have written a Worship Manifesto to give our team something to "aim"  at. This is not our cultural "rule book" but we believe our team will lead best when we look like Jesus so, we need to consistently point each other back to him and truth. That is why we have a manifesto.

The end goal of a covenant should be about the clarity of expectations and the declaration of commitment to them. They should let everyone know what they can expect of the eachother. Our goal with this team covenant is not for you to "sign on the dotted line to join our club", but to know what we ask of everyone on our team and what you can expect from us as well.
