1 | INVOCATION
Call on God as the “Eternal Source”. He alone can supply what your family and those closest to you need.
2 | ADORATION
Praise God for his providence (provision for life).
3 | CONFESSION
Confession acknowledges sinfulness and discloses personal sin before God, seeking forgiveness and restoration to fellowship with Him.
4 | PETITION
Ask God to restore the brokenness in your family. Ask him to show you areas in which you can grow into a godly: spouse, son/daughter, or parent. Ask him to bless the future generations that will bear your name. That they may know the Eternal Source of life.
5 | SELF-DEDICATION
Self-Dedication involves devoting self to God and the place He gives you to bring Him glory and do others good. Commit your prayers, yourself and your service to Him.
6 | THANKSGIVING
Thank God for being the fount of living water that will never run dry and will always satisfy.
7 | BLESSING + CLOSE
Blessing is the final expression of praise, devotion and worship concluded with “In Jesus Name, Amen” as your closing confession in Him - “Let it be so, in Jesus according to Your will.”
Family Worship
A similar and simplified model to pray with young kids is called PART | Praise, Admit, Request and Thanksgiving. Use today's kingdom focus of your family to guide a short prayer time with your children in the morning, during dinner, before bed or even in the car!
